My name is CJ Gross and I have been enforcing court ordered judgments since 2005.  I started this business out of helping a family member collect on a $1.2 Million Dollar judgment he had against a debtor that stole his money in a phoney commercial real estate transaction.  It was then that I read the California Code of Civil Procedure and learned what remedies are available to collect on a judgment.  Through my research, I found out that most of the judgments awarded in court were uncollected.  I got so much satisfaction out of helping our family pursue this debtor that I decided to make a full time business out of it. 

We typically receive 50% of the collected amount.  Most people are happy to receive 50% of their judgment after they have been unsuccessful in their own collection efforts.  Through the years, I have learned a great deal about debt collection law, skip tracing, and enforcement techniques used to collect from debtors.
